Ann Morrison: Principal
Ann Morrison is an educator with almost 20 years of educational experience in Chautauqua County. Mrs. Morrison is a lifelong resident of the area who graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelors of Arts in English Education. She spent the first twelve years of her career teaching 7-12 ELA at Maple Grove Jr. Sr. High School. It was during this time that she completed her Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction at Gannon University and her post-graduate work at SUNY Stony Brook and earned both her School Building Leader and School District Leader certifications. Mrs. Morrison spent five years with the Frewsburg Central School District as an administrator at both the secondary and elementary levels before joining the administrative team here at Sherman. Mrs. Morrison currently resides in Kennedy, New York with her husband and two teenage children.
Nicole Marino: Assistant Principal
Nicole Marino has served the Sherman Central School District since 2018 as the Assistant Principal. She worked for 23 years at The Randolph Academy in Randolph, New York. After receiving her degree from Slippery Rock University, she began her career as a Health and Physical Education Teacher. She earned her Masters Degree from Edinboro University in Special Education immediately after starting her career in Randolph. Finally, she completed a degree in School Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. During her tenure at the Academy she taught Health and Physical Education, Intro to Occupations, and Parenting until 2001. During the next 17 years at the Academy she served in various roles within the behavior management team. She also served as the Assistant Principal for three years. Mrs. Marino feels blessed to call Sherman Central School her work home and enjoys working with students, faculty, and families.
